Refund Policy

SN Corporates aims to provide genuine products and reliable services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may apply.

1. Software License Sales (Digital Products)

Because software licenses/keys are digital and sensitive, refunds are fundamentally limited.

Refund/Replacement may be applicable if:

  • Wrong key delivered by SN Corporates
  • Key is invalid or not working due to our error (verified by our support checks)
  • Duplicate key issue confirmed as our fault

Refund may NOT be applicable if:

  • Correct key delivered but customer purchased wrong edition/version
  • Activation fails due to incompatible device/system settings
  • Customer refuses troubleshooting steps or cooperation for verification
  • License has been successfully activated/used
  • Delay caused by third-party systems or customer-side issues

In many cases, we will first try to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a correct-edition upgrade (if possible) before issuing a refund.

2. Services (Installation & Support)

  • If a paid service has not started, you may request a cancellation.
  • If service is partially delivered, refunds (if any) are pro-rated based on work already completed.
  • If service is fully delivered, no refund applies.

3. Custom Web Design & App Dev

  • Payments are typically milestone-based.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If the project is cancelled by the client, charges apply for work already completed, assets purchased, and committed resources.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method or bank.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order / Invoice number
  • Email/phone used for the purchase
  • Detailed reason and screenshots (if applicable)
