Welcome to SN Corporates ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services We Provide
We provide the following core services:
- ✦Genuine Software Licensing: Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, SQL Server, Security software.
- ✦Consultation & Support: License consultation and expert support.
- ✦Installation: Installation and activation assistance where applicable.
- ✦Custom Development: Custom web design and app development services.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- Prices and quotes are shared based on your specific requirements and product availability.
- Prices may change without prior notice until payment is fully confirmed.
- Taxes (e.g., GST) will be applied where applicable and clearly shown on the invoice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (unless an approved credit term is agreed in writing).
- For some eligible cases, payment terms may be offered strictly at our discretion and with written confirmation.
4. Delivery & License Activation
- Delivery of keys and licenses is typically digital via email, WhatsApp, or our portal.
- Activation success depends on system compatibility, correct edition selection, and network/device conditions.
- We provide guidance and support, but we are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications, unsupported hardware, pirated software, or third-party interference.
5. Custom Web Design & App Dev
- Scope & Timelines Project scope, timelines, milestones, and payment terms will be defined in the formal proposal or statement of work.
- Change Requests Any new features or changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as Change Requests and may affect both cost and delivery time.
- Client Responsibilities The client must provide necessary content, approvals, and required access on time to avoid project delays.
6. Intellectual Property
- For custom projects, ownership and usage rights will be natively stated in the agreed proposal.
- Unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to showcase completed non-confidential work in our portfolio.
7. Warranty & Support
Genuine Licenses:Supported directly based on the software vendor's policies and terms.
Our Support: Covers installation and activation guidance, and basic troubleshooting as per the selected plan.
Note: Support does not include unrelated system repairs or third-party software issues unless explicitly included.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses (including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss) arising from the use of our products/services. Our maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order or service in question.
9. Termination & Governing Law
Termination
We may refuse or terminate service in case of misuse, abusive communication, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura, India.
