These terms are not our services agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any work SN Corporates carries out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, deliverables, intellectual property, warranty, liability and termination. Where these website terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

Accuracy of information

We take care to describe our capabilities accurately, including labelling which of our products are in production and which are in development. Even so, the content here is general information and may become out of date.

Do not rely on this website alone for a procurement, licensing, security or architectural decision. Ask us and we will confirm the current position in writing. Statements about roadmap items are statements of current intent, not commitments.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code, structure and original graphics of this website are owned by SN Corporates unless stated otherwise. The names Jampui, Junior Secure and SATVIK AI, and the SN Corporates name and logo, are ours.

You may:

• View, download and print pages for your own internal reference
• Quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back

You may not, without our written permission:

• Republish substantial parts of this site as your own content
• Use our name, logo or product names to imply endorsement or partnership
• Systematically scrape, mirror or resell the content

Third-party trademarks

Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, CorelDRAW, SketchUp and all other third-party product names and logos appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the software we supply, deploy and support. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or authorised-reseller status beyond what is explicitly stated in writing on the relevant page.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's availability or integrity
• Submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through our forms

We use spam-prevention measures on our forms. Legitimate submissions are never blocked deliberately — if yours does not go through, email us directly at info@sncorporates.com.

What you send us

Do not send us confidential information through the enquiry form. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will agree a suitable route first, including a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

Where you send us an unsolicited idea or proposal, we cannot guarantee to treat it as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar. This is not a licence to use your material — it is a caution against sending it unprotected.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for systems we operate for clients are set out in the relevant service agreement, not here.
