01

Working with us

How does an engagement usually start?

With a fixed-scope assessment or discovery phase. For licensing that is an entitlement review; for a build it is a discovery and specification phase. You receive a written specification and a cost basis before committing to delivery, so the decision to proceed is made with real information.

Is there a minimum project size?

No. A single entitlement review and a multi-month platform build are both normal pieces of work for us. What matters is whether the requirement is clear enough to scope.

Do you work with organisations outside your region?

Yes. Licensing, cloud and application work is delivered remotely as standard. Where an engagement genuinely needs someone on site, we say so during scoping rather than after.

Who owns the work you produce?

You do. Source code, repositories, cloud tenants and licence entitlements are registered in your name, and documentation and handover are part of the scope. If you later choose a different supplier, nothing prevents that.

Will you tell us if you think a project is a bad idea?

Yes, and we would rather do it during discovery than after invoicing. If a requirement is better solved by a configuration change, an off-the-shelf product or not at all, that is what we will recommend.

02

Software & licensing

Which software vendors do you work with?

We advise on and deploy professional software from established vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, CorelDRAW and SketchUp, alongside server, security and business software. Licences are sourced through authorised distribution channels so entitlements register correctly against your organisation.

What is your relationship with Microsoft?

SN Corporates participates in the Microsoft partner ecosystem and sources Microsoft software through authorised distribution channels. Our delivery team includes Microsoft Certified Professionals, so licensing guidance and tenant work are handled by certified engineers on our own team. Certification and partner documentation is available on request.

Can you help if we are already out of compliance?

Yes, and this is common. An entitlement review establishes what you actually own against what is deployed, and we work through the gap with you. Coming to it before an audit is considerably easier than during one.

Do you handle renewals?

Yes. We maintain a licence register with entitlement counts and renewal dates, and provide a named contact for reassignments, version changes and true-ups.

Subscription or perpetual licensing — which should we choose?

It depends on headcount stability, upgrade appetite and cash-flow preference, and it differs by vendor. We model the options against your actual usage rather than recommending whichever the vendor is promoting.

Our products

What is Jampui?

Jampui is SN Corporates’ in-house product: a free, private document vault for the paperwork of everyday Indian life. It scans a document, reads it with on-device OCR, recognises supported document types, files them, makes their contents searchable and turns expiry and warranty dates into reminders. The idea was conceived in 2025 and Jampui launched in 2026.

Is Jampui free, and where is my data kept?

Jampui is free to use. Your data is held encrypted on your phone. If you turn on backup, an encrypted copy goes to your own Google Drive — into the application’s designated Drive app storage area, using your own Drive quota — and it is encrypted on the device before it is uploaded. Because of that, losing both the backup PIN or password and the one-time Recovery Code may leave a backup unrecoverable.

Can we use SATVIK AI in our own product?

Not yet. SATVIK AI is in active development and currently serves SN Corporates’ own applications and internal tooling. External integration through APIs and SDKs is a planned direction and the architecture is being built for it, but there is no public availability or timeline to announce.

What is Junior Secure?

Junior Secure is an upcoming parental-control product for families. It is not available yet; more details will be shared when they are ready. Stay tuned with SN Corporates.

Do you train AI models on client data?

No. Client content is not used as training data as a side effect of providing a service, and content submitted by one organisation is not used to serve another. Any arrangement involving training data would require a separate, explicit agreement.

04

Security & data

How do you handle access to our systems?

Access is scoped to named individuals for the duration it is needed, and it is logged. We ask for the minimum permission that allows the work to be done, and we expect that access to be revoked when an engagement ends.

What security practices apply to what you build?

Encrypted transport and encryption at rest, scoped access tokens, role-based permissions, audit logging of administrative actions, dependency patching, and recovery procedures that are tested rather than assumed.

Do you hold a formal security certification?

We hold vendor technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professionals on the delivery team. We are not claiming an organisational information-security certification such as ISO 27001, and we would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise. The controls we apply are described above and we are happy to be questioned on them.

Where is data stored?

That depends on the engagement and is agreed before any data moves. For cloud deployments the region is a configuration decision made with you, and it is recorded in the specification.

05

Support & careers

What support do you provide after delivery?

An optional service agreement with defined response and resolution targets, covering patching, monitoring, incident response and periodic review. If you would rather run the system yourselves, the handover is documented for exactly that.

Can you take over a system you did not build?

Yes. We start with a handover audit to establish the current state, dependencies and risks, then agree what a realistic service commitment looks like. We will not commit to a response target on a system we have not assessed.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to business enquiries within one business day. Urgent issues raised under an existing service agreement follow the response targets in that agreement.

How do I apply for a role?

Open positions are listed on our careers page with a dedicated application form for each role. If nothing currently matches your background, you can still write to us — we keep speculative applications on file.

Still unsure

Ask us the awkward question

If you want to know whether we have done something before, whether a certification applies, or whether a requirement is worth building — ask. A direct answer costs us nothing and saves you a procurement cycle.
