Proprietary AI layer

In active development

SATVIK AI

SATVIK is the AI layer SN Corporates is developing in-house. Its first responsibility is our own software: document understanding, assisted data entry and retrieval inside our own applications and internal tooling. Building it against our own systems first means the accuracy, latency and failure characteristics are measured on things we operate, before anything is offered to anyone else.

Availability

SATVIK AI is in active development and currently serves SN Corporates' own applications and internal tooling. It is not generally available, and there is no published pricing or release date.

Intended capabilities

What it is being built to do

The capability set under development. Nothing here is presented as available — the roadmap section below states what is in progress and what is still being explored.

01

Internal products first

SATVIK is being developed and evaluated against SN Corporates’ own applications and internal tooling. That is the current scope, and it is deliberate — we are our own first user.

02

Document and language understanding

The initial capability set targets structured extraction from documents, classification, and retrieval over an organisation’s own content rather than open-ended generation.

03

Bounded task design

Each capability is scoped to a defined task with a measurable success criterion. We do not ship a capability we cannot evaluate.

04

Human approval on consequential output

Where output affects a record, a payment or a decision, a person approves it. The approval step is part of the architecture, not a configuration option to be switched off.

05

Traceable results

Outputs carry a reference to the source content they were derived from, so a reviewer can check the basis of a result instead of trusting it.

06

Integration-ready architecture

SATVIK is built as a service behind a versioned internal interface. That is what makes external APIs and SDKs feasible later, and it is the reason we are not retrofitting one.

Why it matters

What you get from it

Evaluated before it is offered

Capabilities are measured against our own production workloads first. When SATVIK reaches external availability, the performance characteristics will be ones we have already lived with.

Designed around review, not autonomy

The architecture assumes a person checks consequential output. This is a slower story to tell than full automation, and a considerably safer one to deploy.

One layer across our own systems

A single AI layer serving our applications and internal systems means consistent behaviour and one place to improve accuracy, rather than model logic scattered per application.

A credible path to integration

Because the internal interface is already versioned, opening it up is an access and support question rather than an architectural rewrite.

Technology

What it is built with

Named technologies only where they are genuinely in use. Where the architecture is not settled, that is stated rather than filled in.

  • Queue-based task execution
  • Versioned internal API
Retrieval
  • Vector search over tenant content
  • Source attribution
  • Access-scoped indexes
Evaluation
  • Task-level accuracy harness
  • Regression suites per capability

Privacy & security

Commitments, not marketing

Each item below is something we can be held to. There are no compliance badges on this page, because we are not claiming a certification we do not hold.

Tenant data stays isolated

Content submitted by one organisation is not used to serve another. Indexes and retrieval scopes are separated per tenant.

Customer content is not used as training data

We do not train on client content as a side effect of providing a service. Any arrangement involving training data would require a separate, explicit agreement.

Every request is auditable

Requests, the sources retrieved, and the approval decision taken are logged, so an output can be reconstructed and explained after the fact.

Documented limits

Each capability ships with its known failure modes written down. Where SATVIK is unreliable for a task, we state it rather than leaving it to be discovered.

Full details of how personal data is handled are set out in our privacy policy.

Roadmap

What comes next

Separated from the capability list on purpose. Nothing in this section is available, and items marked as being explored may not ship at all.

  1. In progress

Document understanding on our own workloads

Extraction and classification against real document workloads inside our own systems, with a review interface for every result.

  2. In progress

    Evaluation harness expansion

Broader regression coverage per capability so accuracy changes are caught before release rather than in production.

  3. Next

    Internal retrieval assistant

Retrieval over SN Corporates’ own documentation and project history, used by our delivery team as a working system.

  4. Exploring

    External API and SDK programme

A documented, versioned public interface with support commitments, so businesses and developers could integrate SATVIK into their own systems. Under evaluation — nothing is committed.

Questions

SATVIK AI questions

Can we integrate SATVIK AI into our own systems today?

Not yet. SATVIK currently serves SN Corporates’ own applications and internal tooling. External integration through APIs and SDKs is a planned direction and the architecture is being built for it, but there is no public availability, pricing or timeline to announce.

Is SATVIK a foundation model built from scratch?

SATVIK is an AI technology layer: task-specific capabilities, retrieval over your own content, evaluation harnesses and control gates. We are not claiming to have trained a general-purpose foundation model, and we would rather be precise about that than imply otherwise.

What does SATVIK stand for?

SATVIK is the name of SN Corporates’ AI initiative. It reflects the intent behind the work — restraint, clarity and doing the plain thing correctly — which is also how the system is designed to behave.

When will external access be available?

We have not set a public date. Access will open when accuracy, isolation, documentation and support are at a standard we would accept as a customer ourselves. You can register interest through our contact form and we will get in touch when there is something real to show.

Will there be an SDK, or only a REST API?

The internal interface is HTTP and JSON, so a REST surface is the likely first external offering, with client libraries following where there is demand. Both are roadmap items, not current products.
